EkoFive Restaurant · Igando, Lagos
This page explains, in plain language, what information EkoFive Restaurant collects when you order from us or use this website, what we do with it, and who it's shared with.
When you place an order through the cart on this site, we collect:
Required — so we can confirm your order and reach you about it.
Optional. Only collected if you choose to give it, and only used to send offers and updates if you've agreed to that.
Only if you choose delivery rather than pickup — needed to get your order to you.
Anything you add in the optional notes field, e.g. allergies or spice preference.
Sent by you directly on WhatsApp after checkout — this isn't collected or stored by this website; it goes straight to WhatsApp, which is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else beyond what's described above.
Completed orders are logged to a record kept on our own website hosting, protected by a password only EkoFive staff have. We currently keep these records indefinitely for our own order history and bookkeeping. If you'd like your past order details removed, contact us using the details below and we'll action it.
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart while you're browsing — this stays on your own device and isn't sent to us.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. how many people view the menu or start an order), but only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and no visit data is collected. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for eko5restaurant.com, which will show the banner again.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out using the contact details below.
